| 11-05-2025 | Special General Body Meeting. 1. House decided to go for an end-to-end project management consultancy (PMC) services for the re-development of the society. 2. House resolved based on the re-development committee (RDC) recommendation to select MKDM as the PMC for the society re-development project. 3. House resolved with the fees to be paid to PMC as follows. 1 lac will be paid to the PMC from society funds for the phase 1 which is called pre-tender phase and 1.5% of the project construction cost will be paid after the post tendering phase. 4. Also certain mandatory expenses up to 2lacs would be paid from the society funds. | The Society General Body |
